Left Mammary Cancer after Right Mammectomy for Cancer
   (N.M., f., 53 ani / years old)
 
 Registered for: retraction of left mammilla, positive mamography. 
Precedences: mammectomy - Madden type and oophorectomy for malignant tumour in the right brest            (6 years ago).
Internată pentru: retracție areolară și mamografie pozitivă. 
Antecedente: mamectomie radicală tip Madden și ooforectomie pentru tumoră malignă mamară dreaptă în urmă cu 6 ani.
Clinical Manifestations: moderate retraction of  left mammilla; doubtful palpable tumour, non-palpable tumour in left axilla. Surgical absence of the right brest.
Aspect clinic: retracția moderată a areolei mamare stângi, tumoră palpabilă incertă. Palparea axilei negativă. Lipsa chirurgicala a sânului drept.
Mamography: in the supero-external dial, irregular condensed zone; microcalcifications in the supero-external dial.
Mamografie: zonă condensată neregulată în cadranul superoextern; microcalcificări numeroase dispuse în plaje întinse în cadranul superoextern.
Operatory Specimen: (mammectomy - Madden type) 
in the supero-external dial - infiltrated zone, hard, 
about 3-4 cm.
Piesa operatorie: (mastectomie radicală tip Madden) în cadranul supero-extern zonă infiltrată, dură, de 3-4 cm.
